Cancellation fees

6. House reserves the right to require the guest book in advance of 50% - 100% of the price. Booking become binding upon the House only after receiving advance payments to the Pension account


7. The pension is entitled to charge the following cancellation charges if the guest cancel your reservation residence in writing, electronically or by fax to the following deadlines:

· More than 7 days before the stay - free of charge

· 7 up to 2 days before the stay - 50% off accommodation price

· less than 2 days before the stay - 60% off accommodation price
